We miss the previous owners. They changed ownership recently and it did not change for the best. My hot chocolate was not tasty at all and not hot. I told the lady that served me and she first helped 3 other customers before I got another hot chocolate. Then I had to leave for work, I was on my 15 minute coffee break. I got a refund but I was not happy with the service at all. My co-workers and I are not going anymore.
